Withdrawal form

This form is provided for consumers who want to exercise their right of withdrawal. Using it is optional: any clear statement has exactly the same effect.

Complete it and send it to contact@unrealengineacademy.info, or by post to DESENDER LIMITED, 20th Floor, Leighton Centre, 77 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, before the fourteen days have run.

What happens next

Digital products sent by email. If we have not sent your order yet, you are refunded in full. Once it has been sent in full, the right of withdrawal is lost — you asked for it to be sent within 48 hours and acknowledged that at checkout. The warranty still applies if what you received does not match its description.

Advisory sessions. Refunded in full if the session has not taken place. If you asked us to hold it within the fourteen days, a proportionate amount for the time supplied remains due and the balance is refunded.

Services on request. If work has not begun, nothing is owed and no invoice is issued. If it has begun at your request, you owe the part actually performed, shown to you in writing.

Refunds are made within fourteen days of our accepting the withdrawal, to the payment method you used. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets all of this out in full.
