Access and Delivery Policy

1. What this covers

This policy explains how and when what you order reaches you. It supplements the Terms of Service and covers both what we sell: shop products at a fixed price, and services quoted on request.

Everything we supply is digital or delivered remotely. No physical goods are shipped and no delivery charge is ever applied.

2. Shop products

All prices include VAT. The figure on each product page is the total you pay.

Everything is delivered by email within 48 hours of your order. Nothing downloads automatically at checkout, and no link appears on the confirmation page.

You receive the files, or the access details, at the address you entered at checkout. Larger kits arrive as a download link valid for twelve months rather than as an attachment; if a link expires or fails, write to us and we reissue it the same working day.

The only exception is the advisory session, which is a scheduled service: we email you within 48 hours to agree a time, normally within three working days.

The 48 hours are counted from the moment payment is confirmed, including weekends. In practice most orders go out considerably sooner.

Shop products are paid for at the time of order. This is the only case in which we take payment before delivery, and it is justified by the fact that the product already exists.

3. If nothing arrives

If 48 hours have passed and nothing has reached you, check your spam folder first — a message carrying files or links is the kind that gets filtered. Then write to contact@unrealengineacademy.info from the address you ordered with, and we resend the same working day.

If you mistyped your email address, tell us and we correct it. We will not send your files to a different address without checking the order details first.

If we cannot deliver at all, the order is refunded in full without you having to ask.

4. Services on request

Indicative lead times by type of engagement. All prices include VAT.

The binding date is the one written in the accepted proposal. It runs from the moment we have received the access, files and information listed there, not from the date you accepted.

Time is suspended while something we asked for is outstanding, while a third-party system we depend on is unavailable, and in the event of force majeure. We tell you in writing when that happens and confirm the new date.

5. Payment for services

Services are invoiced after delivery, never before, and are payable within fourteen days. No deposit, advance or standing payment is requested at any stage. In return, rights in bespoke work transfer only once the invoice is paid, as set out in article 12 of the Terms of Service.

6. Acceptance

You have fifteen days from delivery to tell us in writing about anything that departs from the agreed scope. We correct recognised faults free of charge. After fifteen days without written reservations, the delivery is treated as accepted.
