2. What we do

We provide training, advisory work and real-time development services, together with a small number of ready-made project templates and training products sold directly through this site. We do not sell physical goods, do not operate a marketplace and do not hold funds on behalf of any third party.

3. Trademarks and independence

UnrealEngineAcademy and DESENDER LIMITED are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise associated with Epic Games, Inc. Unreal and Unreal Engine are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States and elsewhere. All course materials, project files and templates published here are original works produced by DESENDER LIMITED.

Other product names, company names and logos mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are referred to for descriptive purposes only. Their mention implies no partnership, affiliation, sponsorship or certification.

4. Our own intellectual property

The structure of this site, its text, illustrations, diagrams, visual identity and code are the property of the publisher and are protected by copyright. Reproduction, adaptation, translation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.

Rights in the templates, course materials and deliverables supplied to clients are dealt with separately in the Terms of Service.

We work to keep published information accurate and current without guaranteeing that it is exhaustive. Prices shown for shop products are firm at the point of order.
